You’ll have full access to the boat during your stay, along with the amenities of the Perry Hotel and Marina, including pools, shuttle service, restaurants, and more.

The vessel remains docked during your stay, giving you the experience of being on the water without the complexity of operating a boat.

Staying on a boat is a little different—in the best way. We’ve designed the experience to be simple, comfortable, and easy to enjoy, with a few things to keep in mind:

The vessel remains docked during your stay, so you get the feel of being on the water without needing to operate the boat
Access involves stepping aboard and moving through narrow passages and small steps, so guests should be comfortable with typical boat movement and have reasonable mobility
Power is shared, so avoiding running multiple high-use appliances at the same time (like the oven, microwave, or hair dryer) helps everything run smoothly
Marine toilets work a bit differently—only human waste and provided paper should be flushed
Spaces are thoughtfully designed but more compact than a traditional home, which is part of the charm of staying aboard
This is a pet-friendly space. While we clean thoroughly, you may notice the occasional pet hair.
